m2 Equipment Finance is Hiring a Collections Specialist Near Waukesha, WI

m2 Equipment Finance is looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team! This individual will act as a collector on all lease & loan files for m2. Will assist Collection Coordinator on which accounts to work.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree in a business-related field required; Candidates with a High School diploma and at least one year of leasing and/or lending experience will also be considered. Bachelor's Degree or multiple years of leasing/lending experience preferred. Prior experience in collections and/or account receivable preferred. Candidate must have a high level of attention to detail and excellent organization skills. Ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including timely follow through, to deal effectively with people in person, or on the telephone or via written correspondence. Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently. The ability to work from home is available in this role on a limited basis. Basic computer applications skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, Internet Explorer, etc.)
